I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Johnson City Toyota. I purchased a new 2025 Toyota Sienna from Johnson City Toyota on March 1, 2025. The total purchase price was just over $62,000, which included all dealership recommended add ons, warranties, and protection packages. Called about a vehicle, got pre-approved. Then a few hours later was told to come check out the vehicle and that I was all set just needed to pay the down payment. Drove over an hour there got 2 minutes to look over the vehicle. Because it started snowing. Was took inside then was told they needed “more” after I had done submitted everything they had already asked for. Left. We have purchased Toyota vehicles for years and years. Our last experience was so bad we don’t even have words for it. They sold us a car with major issues and won’t take any responsibility and said “we are human it got sold without us relaxing the issue”! Shame on them for doing this. This store will absolutely not take care of you and I do not recommend purchasing any used car regardless of how old it is from them. You will be scammed over.

on December 23rd 2025I was interested in trading, I was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, they offered 10k in trade. the management kept showing trade numbers from different sites, KBB,NADA,ECT, only on paper and not from the actual sites, I felt made up numbers and continued saying that's the absolute most they would allow, and since I was a previous customer they were feeling generous at Christmas!! the truck was only worth 10k and overnight it growed a fortune of wealth!! same truck listed on their website for over 18k ... read more

Car has Been there twice for an oil change and rotate tires. They said they rotated tire , but the marking on the rim showed that they did not rotate. Always check at this dealer. Don’t know if they actually changed oil or not.

big dan, and I believe her name was Megan were fantastic. however i felt the man who helped finish out the final paper was sneaky and underhanded. tried to sneak in a bunch of extra bullshit I didn't want and was very pushy when I told him as much and asked him to fix it.
