The beginning was great and was interested in going back to buy more cars but the ending experience after buying one vehicle changed my mind.

Purchasing a vehicle I would recommend. Service department I would not. Every visit they try to sell you new services and try to talk down to you when you don’t purchase them. Took vehicle in for a tire rotation and two hours later I got my vehicle. Not an apology or anything till after I complained and then I got offered a free detail on my next visit. I could only imagine how long a detail would take.

My name is Sarah Price. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. Do not recommend!!! I purchased a car from them on 1/10. TEN days later it started missing when changing gears I contacted the man “big Dan” who sold it to me and told him about this, he told me he would get back in touch with me the next day, I tried to get ahold of him no response. I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Johnson City Toyota. I purchased a new 2025 Toyota Sienna from Johnson City Toyota on March 1, 2025. The total purchase price was just over $62,000, which included all dealership recommended add ons, warranties, and protection packages. Called about a vehicle, got pre-approved. Then a few hours later was told to come check out the vehicle and that I was all set just needed to pay the down payment. Drove over an hour there got 2 minutes to look over the vehicle. Because it started snowing.
