"Mark Lady" We were just looking for my wife a new car. Happened to be in Johnson City and stopped by J. C. Toyota. Mark Lady was extremely helpful and patient, we have a hard time making final decisions. He helped us browse the options and models and now my wife has a new Camry. Really appreciate his attitude and personality. It felt like we were dealing with a friend. Thanks Mark, Mitzi absolutely loves her new car.

"Great experience " Buying a new car for the first time was super nerve-racking and even though I ended up having to order my 2015 Highlander and wait for it to arrive, it was well worth the wait! "Great experience" Terry Sewell our delivery coordinator did a great job getting my wife's new 2015 Scion tc setup for new dealer added features like window tint,fog lights,rally stripes. "GREAT EXPERIENCE" WE HAD PURCHASED 2 OTHER COROLLA,S IN THE PAST WITH PHIL BACHMAN LOVED THEM. BUT WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE, WE PURCHASED A 2015 COROLLA THE SALESMAN STEPHEN HAGUE, KELLY WINCHELL THE NEW CAR MANAGER IS GREAT AND TERRY SEWELL SHE,S THE DEALER COORDINATOR SHE IS A BLAST.
