"there was a problem with my oxygen generator and my..." there was a problem with my oxygen generator and my emission control. Although it required several visits to repair the problem, Tony did what he could to expedite the delivery of the part and was quite helpful in getting the repairs done. i wish to commend him and the service area for the kind work and attention. I co-signed for a vehicle but never visited the dealership, spoke with staff, or met any representative in person before signing. Instead, the car was delivered to my home in New Jersey, and paperwork was presented at my door by two individuals whose authority I could not verify. It's amazing that in this century they can still find people with "KEYSTONE COP" on their resume. Seriously, what a confused, messed up place. From a phone system that rings and rings and rings, to waiting 2 months for a title which took numerous phone calls to get going, to making an appointment to see a car that had been driven at length by someone else (4K+ more miles than advertised and left trashy inside and dirty outside), to having charges that weren't agreed to put on the sales contract. Waited two months for tag. Went to dealership and tag not there. Gave me the run around. Told me if I got pulled over on expired tag they would let me go. Told me tag would be at front desk the next day. It was not. Told me DMV was running behind which has nothing to do with registering. I finally was sent to business that did the registration for them. The registration showed it being registered the same day It was supposed to be at dealership, which was two months later. I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I pulled in and waited over10 minutes and nobody would help me. People beside me and behind me was getting waited on. I finally asked was someone going to wait on me and was told they were extremely busy and then I was ignored again. I got in my car drove threw the garage and left. Don’t trade-in your vehicle here… or buy a used vehicle! They will lowball you and make stuff up about your trade-in that isn’t true to try and get you to accept a lower value. They will then turn around and list it for almost DOUBLE what they offered you! DOUBLE! (78% increase between the trade-in value and what they listed it on the market for, which is $10,500 profit for them.) They are undervaluing your trade in, and over-charging the next customer! After all that, they will press you for a 5-star review. Hilarious!
