This review is about the service department, not sales. Everything the tech performed was done well. However, they did NOT change my oil even though I have a prepaid service plan based on oil changes every 5000 miles. I made sure it had been at least 5000 miles since the last change. I have owned the truck since January 2020 and the oil had previously been changed every 5000 miles. I've made about 6 trips with my 2023 Tundra for recalls(8 recalls so far), just had a 5000 mile service done even though they recommend every 10,000. The person at counter put in the wrong mileage showing almost 9000. The carfax is showing it has 9000 miles at time of service, I went back the very next day to make them correct it and apparently another employee didn't follow through again to correct. If you buy something other than a Toyota, chances are, as in my case , a Nissan Rogue, they can’t or won’t service everything. The service department is really sensitive if you dare to question why they sell them if they can’t service everything on a vehicle they sell. So buy only a Toyota product because apparently they can service everything on those. Oh almost forgot. A 1:30 oil change appt. creeps into the 2 hour time frame if you dare question the service dept. about this.
We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes on an oil and brake fluid change. Multiple people arrived after us and left way before us. We received a message saying it would take 30 more minutes after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes. We didn’t leave until another hour later.

In October, I was due for a tire rotation. I waited an hour. Ok. No big deal. It’s always busy. The problem was after. After leaving Toyota, I hear a constant clicking on the driver’s side of the car. I could tell it was something to do with the tire. I called them.
