Terrible customer service they are not in business to sell cars, you inquire about one and then they act like you don’t know what you’re talking about and then not get back to you.

Toyota of Johnson City is the last place I would take anything. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2025 TRD pro Sequoia. After about a month of having it home, the gauge cluster bezel was sagging around 5/8". She calls the service department to set an appointment up and it was about a week out. She explained that we have 3 children and have to be able to accommodate them and any errands we may need to do since nobody had any idea how long this would take. I’m very upset. We got a used car from them 3 weeks ago…. and before we left the lot noticed the radio touch screen wasn’t working, they said they would switch it out for free. Awesome. Cool. Love that. A week goes by we have to call every day to get a reply- two / three times a day at that. We take our car in when we finally get an appointment … and it’s takes them 4 days to put in an after market radio (they said it would take a day- we had to call multiple times to get ANY info on OUR CAR in their shop) … we get to the de... read more
I took my 4runner a few weeks ago to get oil changed and was there 2.5 hours. I started noticing oil under my vehicle last week and took to my local guy. the oil plug was not tightened and it was leaking out. he said it's a good thing I noticed and brought it in or otherwise it would of been a disaster. I've called and left detailed voicemails twice and still have yet to receive a call back. I will never go back over there. I will drive to Bristol where I purchased even though it's further away. RecommendedI purchased a 2013 JEEP WRANGLER after 2 days the long sway bar was found to be bad,had it replaced and the dealership compensated me the amount for the repairs , unfortunately the next day a leak was discovered in the radiator overheating, while checking the underneath area also found 4 bad ball joints!, I'm disappointed that the inspection department didn't do a better job 😕 😒 😪
I received a quote of $1248 for new tires and change of brake fluid But then they try to charge me $1757 with no explanation. It took days of arguing to get it taken care of.
Don’t trade-in your vehicle here… they will lowball you and make stuff up about your trade-in that isn’t true to try and get you to accept a lower value. They will then turn around and list it for almost DOUBLE what they offered you! DOUBLE! After all that, they will press you for a 5-star review. Haha!
Do not buy vehicle from this place they are the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and the most dishonest dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from.Will never do business with them again
