We have purchased Toyota vehicles for years and years. Our last experience was so bad we don’t even have words for it. They sold us a car with major issues and won’t take any responsibility and said “we are human it got sold without us relaxing the issue”! Shame on them for doing this. This store will absolutely not take care of you and I do not recommend purchasing any used car regardless of how old it is from them. You will be scammed over.
on December 23rd 2025I was interested in trading, I was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, they offered 10k in trade. the management kept showing trade numbers from different sites, KBB,NADA,ECT, only on paper and not from the actual sites, I felt made up numbers and continued saying that's the absolute most they would allow, and since I was a previous customer they were feeling generous at Christmas!! the truck was only worth 10k and overnight it growed a fortune of wealth!! same truck listed on their website for over 18k ... read more

Car has Been there twice for an oil change and rotate tires. They said they rotated tire , but the marking on the rim showed that they did not rotate. Always check at this dealer. Don’t know if they actually changed oil or not.

big dan, and I believe her name was Megan were fantastic. however i felt the man who helped finish out the final paper was sneaky and underhanded. tried to sneak in a bunch of extra bullshit I didn't want and was very pushy when I told him as much and asked him to fix it.

they service department mess up our oil pan on our car and just had it wash and they left oily finger print on the hood we was there for 3 damn hours because there tech are not qualified to do the job

They will only help you and communicate with you BEFORE you buy a car. They filled out the paperwork on my son’s truck incorrectly. I have texted them and called multiple times, and no one will get back in touch with me. They charge you $699 to fill out paperwork, yet they do it incorrectly and will make no attempt to correct it. I have a car registration with incorrect information on it, and all of my paperwork is incorrect. After you complete the purchase, there is NO service assistance after the sale.

Johnson City Toyota did a fine job. But it took waaayyy too long!!! I made an appointment online (which was very easy) for 8:30 am. I was there at 8:20 and they checked me in right away. They did a thorough video of my car and explained the inspection that they did for free. That was good. They gave me the sale price advertised online of $59.99 after I told them about it. I’m giving a bad review because my sales person would not help me figure out a “hidden fee”. Would not show me proof of what he was saying even though I asked for proof. Would not get someone who could answer my questions. Kept pressuring me for an answer. Would not listen to my wants. I signed a paper for a certain amount down and they came back and said that they need $900 MORE. Then told me they was eating $3,100 that they was going to pay. I asked for proof, received NO PROOF. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you want it damaged. a technician scratched the side of my 23 Camry and after being ghosted by the manager I had to contact corporate to get a resolution. I am still having to pay out of pocket for the damages.
