"Great car buying experience." I had the pleasure of working with Eric Wise, Cass Farrior and Shane (in finance). The employees were all friendly, courteous and professional. The process of buying a car was much simpler than my past experiences. I recommend buying a car at Johnson City Toyota.

"Pleased with everyone I dealt with." Dylan was my sales man. He wasn't pushy, great personality and for sure a people's person. I appreciate all his help and patience with me. Everyone I talked too was very nice and helpful. I will have to say in all my years of buying/trading vehicle's. Toyota's dealership has been my best experience.

"Absolutely Outstanding - Couldn't be more thrilled" From start to finish (and after the sale too) - all the staff were great and very professional. Eric Wise and Cass Farrior were totally professional, kind and helpful. Got a very good, honest deal on my awesome new 4Runner, and was treated better than I've ever been treated at a dealership...and I've been treated just fine in the past. We're very lucky to have such a great Toyota dealership here in JC. By the way, I love the car!

"My Great Experience with Toyota of Johnson City " Truly a very professional dealership. Eric Wise and Scott Smalling were the key to the purchase of my new Toyota Tacoma. They both, and the dealership as a whole made me and my son feel welcome and right at home. There are not enough good things I could say about the staff and the dealership. Word of mouth is your best advertising and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about my experience.

"Amazing experience" We went to take my stepdaughter car shopping and ended up driving home in our very own 2016 Tacoma Sport. We couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and the personal touch they applied. The process took less than 2 hours and we were out the door. "An excellent experience" We, my wife and I, went there for an oil change and ended up driving a new CAMRY home. We were offered a deal we just could not pass up. The sales people were great Collin Smith, Ken Brown. And Terry Sewell did a super job of telling us how the high tech systems work, and even programming them for us.

"Going above " Johnson City Toyota went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best it could be. Andrea Dalton greated me each time with a smile and ready to help me make my decision. She never pushed just to make a sale. Terry explained the cars audio, and assured me she was just a phone call away to answer additional questions. Business with Class!

"Got more than bargained for!" I went to the dealership to mainly get a quote and shop around,but went home with a 2016 Tacoma. No hassle,no pressure and the friendliness of the sales department was a pleasant experience. I am pleased with the purchase and will continue to do business with Toyota of Johnson City.
