"My Great Experience with Toyota of Johnson City " Truly a very professional dealership. Eric Wise and Scott Smalling were the key to the purchase of my new Toyota Tacoma. They both, and the dealership as a whole made me and my son feel welcome and right at home. There are not enough good things I could say about the staff and the dealership. "Amazing experience" We went to take my stepdaughter car shopping and ended up driving home in our very own 2016 Tacoma Sport. "An excellent experience" We, my wife and I, went there for an oil change and ended up driving a new CAMRY home. We were offered a deal we just could not pass up. The sales people were great Collin Smith, Ken Brown. And Terry Sewell did a super job of telling us how the high tech systems work, and even programming them for us.

"Going above " Johnson City Toyota went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best it could be. Andrea Dalton greated me each time with a smile and ready to help me make my decision. "Got more than bargained for!" I went to the dealership to mainly get a quote and shop around,but went home with a 2016 Tacoma. "Buy new Toyota" Excellent dealership. Bought new 2016 Camry XSE. Whole experience was pleasant. No undue pressure. Salesman (Patrick) was excellent. Manager (Scott) could not have been better. Business fellow (Daniel) was fast and easy to talk to. Shopped several makes and dealers in Johnson City and the professionalism and courtesy of this dealership made the decision to go Toyota easy. And oh yes, the deal was great.

"a honest dealership" After visiting other dealerships Johnson City Toyota got me what I wanted at the price I wanted. And everyone was helpful. And they saved me money.
"great deal/dealing with Brian Cook and the rest." we were not even considering buying in Tenn until we saw the selection and met Brian Cook and started talking. We were treated with respect from everyone there and the knowledge of the products was extraordinary. We will probably purchase another vehicle for our daughter in the near future because of the way we were treated.
