Service tech lied to me, service manager will not take or return a call and two things I took it in for I had to repair, stopped up washer pump and sorting out check engine light. Took it in because with new house did not have time. Week and a half later and I had to make the time. Have owned Toyotas for 45 years and this is the first subpar service I’ve encountered. Will be looking for a new dealer in the area.
Sells junk and pretends it’s a car. Then pretends like it’s not a problem when car breaks down. Do not do any business with these low quality “business” people. Fix Mary’s car and this review MIGHT be changed. Do better.
This has been the absolute worst experience ever, absolutely do not recommend!
I've been lied to twice now in the service dept. Got duped into 4x4 service that was " on sale" the month of August, but had to remind them when paying. Talked me into their service care prepaid plan ( told me I would get 5 oil changes for $215 when it was just 5 services! I bout the tires there, so my rotations are free. $107/oil change ). Go somewhere else for service, 0 stars
My first experience with your dealership was absolutely awful. Had an appointment set for 9:30 this morning. I showed up at 9:30 AM to find no one was available to help me. Was told that management was in a meeting. And also that these meetings happened every day at this time. Why schedule an appointment at that time if no one is available at that time? Do NOT buy a car here and if you do please read your paperwork very carefully. They will do “loan packing” where they will literally shove a warranty down your throat, and they get commission off it. Another example is permaplate paint “protection.” Nothing more than cheap wax and they’ll hit you for about 1000 dollars for it. Not a good experience. Business manager included several warranties in excess of 5400.00 on purchase of a vehicle. Buyer beware! After going back and forth several times, 4500 was removed but remaining amount was not and remaining amount was some sort of perma plate we did not agree to. Look at everything you sign with these individuals, specifically when financing. 4 warranties included that were not discussed during the sale. Bad dealership.

I am a first time car buyer, and I’m highly unsatisfied with the way my experience has been so far with the used car sales. The day I bought my car, they put on the “We Owe” sheet that they would replace the tires on my car, & I have yet to hear back from them. It has been well over a month. I would never recommend this dealership. In all my years of buying and selling cars I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people that no one seems to know what is going on. I sold them a car 20 days ago and I also ordered a new Rav 4. I have still not been paid for the car I sold them nor can you get anyone to call back and get it handled they just hand it off to the next person that doesn’t know what’s going on then tell you they have it handled then another week goes by.
