The worst Toyota dealer I know. I put $500 deposit for a new car and only got updates a few times over more than half a year. I had to call three times and wait months to get the deposit back.

Toyota's Mission Statement: "To attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience in America." - I read this on Toyota's website. The guy who checked me in, lied about the depth of my tire tread in an effort to sell me over $900 in unnecessary tires. This has happened twice! One of the new car managers was very rude. Laughed when we got up to leave. we went down the road, got same car for over $2000.00 less than sticker. They never even tried to haggle what we said we wanted to give. The sales lady was awesome. management sucked.

I purchased a 2016 Trax with a good Carfax report on 9/20/22; the check engine light came on the next morning. I called 9/21, 9/22, & 9/23; no one would call me back after saying they would. The code indicated it was the catalytic converter, which they agreed on 9/23 to replace, keeping the Trax until 10/4. On 10/13 the check engine light came back on. On 10/17 a mechanic told me the flex pipe unit had an exhaust leak & the downstream CO2 sensor was not functioning, advising this should have been taken care of when the catal... read more

Check your tires on the used lot! The used car manager Kelly sells vehicles with bad/pitted tires. I had to spend a whole day down there to make sure the car was safe for my wife to drive. This car is what they would call a certified Toyota, it’s a 2018 4Runner with 55,000 miles. I took the car back 56,000 and they told me the tires was wore too bad, and they could not get the vibration out of the steering! I felt pressured into buying a Mustang. I lost a lot of money by trading in my van. I was told I had 200 miles or 4 days to change my mind. I called for 5 straight days telling my salesman.
