My transmission was slipping and I needed a diagnostic test. They called me back after about an hour and told me they had run a diagnostic test on it in November just 4 months prior which concluded that the transmission was bad. "Radically overpriced service" Just spent $170 on an oil change there....seriously....no joke. And that was just the beginning, a couple of fluid flushes and a wheel rotation/balance/alignment later and I ended up just short of $1,000. One thousand American dollars. Service rep was vague about specific services needed and evasive about pricing. They did pitch in a 5% coupon, and an additional $50 when I questioned their math. "Wanted a TRD" Just goes to show you can’t deal local. Wanted a TRD premium with sunroof but one wasn’t available but wait one did suddenly appear a week later that was bought buy a good friend I work with, and at a better out the door price than a SR5 premium. "Calls during lunch hour" How unprofessional and stupid is that? I got an estimate on cars.com for selling my 2014 Elantra and these clowns wanted me to sell it to them for thousands less than it's worth, and they keep calling my house after I told them there's no way I'd sell my car so cheap. "Stereotypical sleazy car salesmen " They pulled a bait and switch on me. Posted a car on cargurus.com for a crazy low price. I didn't believe it, but figured I would call. Salesman says train we have it. Great car. Come up today as it won't be here long...the dealership is 2 hours from me. I scheduled a time and called again before I left the house. All good.
