J.T. and her staff were great to deal with. Explained everything and kept me informed on each step of the process, made the process of buying new home easy giving me one less worry. Always prompt to respond to calls and if she could not get back to me she would have Andrea respond a.s.a.p. J.T. was able to get our closing done within 7 days after we submitted all our documents. We had gone to another lender and it took them 45 days and they still kept cancelling our closing date causing a lot of frustration. Plus, this other lender kept wanting more documents and adding more money to the closing cost/down payment. J.T. was able to get our down payment and closing costs where they should be and she and her team made the process very pleasent. Thank you all very much!
