JT was super helpful throughout our home buying process. From preapproval to closing, she was always easy to reach, gave detailed explanations, answered all of our questions, and kept us aware of changes, required forms/signatures and upcoming deadlines so that we stayed on track for closing on our new home. She guided us through our rate options and helped structure our deal/closing costs to fit our needs. JT and her staff were always friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a loan officer.

J.T. and her staff were great to deal with. Explained everything and kept me informed on each step of the process, made the process of buying new home easy giving me one less worry. Always prompt to respond to calls and if she could not get back to me she would have Andrea respond a.s.a.p.
