J.T. was able to get our closing done within 7 days after we submitted all our documents. We had gone to another lender and it took them 45 days and they still kept cancelling our closing date causing a lot of frustration. Plus, this other lender kept wanting more documents and adding more money to the closing cost/down payment. J.T. was able to get our down payment and closing costs where they should be and she and her team made the process very pleasent. Thank you all very much!

J.T. and Andrea are an amazing team! I just finished working with them for a second time this past week, and my parents have used them three times in the past as well.
