Verified Renter Pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice neighbors, new property manager is very nice. Carpet had stains when we moved in and it took 2.5 months for them to fix our dryer (clogged with lint when we moved in and almost caused a fire) but otherwise no complaints.
Verified Renter I think being here is very peaceful everyone here is very nice and maintance is always quick to come out if something is messed up. We never really have had any problems sense we moved in it’s been great

Verified Renter It's been a nice place to call home for 5 years now, had quite a bit of things not working as far as the amenities but the office staff is very helpful to make sure I get taken care of right away. I would recommend to others.

Verified Renter Everything is nice here besides the maintenance, we had quite a few things broke when we moved in. It took almost a week and me calling 3 times for them to do anything, and it had to do with a missing fire alarm.
Verified Renter I love our new home! Wonderful atmosphere and amazing people and staff! Our home is so cozy and our view is amazing! We have had some troubles with appliances and requests but other than that, all is good!
