Verified Renter None of the issues with my apartment were fixed prior to moving in (dishwasher does not work, tub does not drain so you're standing in ankle-deep water after 5 minutes, etc). Have barely lived here a week and already sick of the CONSTANT emails pushing for a review. One good thing: the walls are not paper-thin. I never hear my neighbors nor their kids/pets.
Verified Renter Maintenance sucks they don’t fix anything but mark repairs complete. They even asked me to bring my key to them to be remade because maintenance couldn’t get in my apartment I have a ring camera and no one ever came to my door.
Verified Renter I did my walk thru and there was a list 3 pages long if things that needed fixed. The apartment was dirty with food in the drawers and broken pieces in the refrigerator. The washing machine did not work. There was a big hole in the bathroom. An electrical hazard in the laundry closet and no microwave!!! While they have maintenance tickets they are in no hurry to fix it.
Verified Renter Dog stations have been overflowing for at least a month. Maintenance drives by it every morning and literally acts like they don’t see it. It smells so bad out there.
DO NOT MOVE TO KEENELAND CREST The trashiest place. Over the course of the year I lived here I had to put multiple maintenance requests in to get ANYTHING fixed including a flood. When leaving the apartment complex after the year was over, I cleaned the apartment vigorously as I have never not received my entire deposit back. They mentioned that they charge $80 to clean the carpets, which I was totally fine with, however they added an additional $500. for all of the “extra scrubbing to get the stains out.” I didn’t have any ... read more
Lack of communication and caring about residents Communication is lacking. I never know when maintenance has been in my apartment if I am not home because they do not leave a copy of the work order or comments. Just now I checked on my request to have my ice maker fixed and it appeared in Active Building to be completed. It is not fixed. Also it took 2 month's for my washer to be fixed (replaced) and I had to be inconvenienced by going elsewhere to do laundry and pay money for it and never received a credit on my rent for do... read more
Don’t move here! Expensive place to live when it’s not even updated. Nothing works properly and no cabinet space. Every thing is old and falling apart. I would not suggest living here. They also had a special for new tenants for update apartments. However wanted to charge me twice as much if I was to switch units. There is also a lot of crime here.
Do. Not. Live. Here. This place is horrible. If you put in a maintenance request, hopefully you don’t need it any time soon. I’ve been waiting 3 and a half weeks now for a new air filter. They don’t want you to change it yourself but they won’t come change it either. My neighbor waited 3 months for them to fix her dryer. When we first moved in, we needed a handicap parking spot near our apartment. It took 4 or 5 months for them to finally put a sign in the spot. I would caution before moving here The new management and office staff have a very high turnover rate. Noone is there long enough to get to know tenants. No one is ever available or in the office when needed. It took me an entire year to receive help with a dishwasher repair order. The overcharge on late fees and their utility bills. I live in a 2 bedroom and I pay $300 utility bill and $90 water bill. This is not mentioned in your lease. Parking sucks, you have to park down the street from your building.
