Verified Renter When you move in be sure to check absolutely everything. I had so many repairs when I moved in and the smell was bad. After 4 months things got better.

Verified Renter The move in process was laborious. Communication was fractured and at times often non-existent. Employees fired and moved around. But once moved in, everything is perfect, maintenance is timely, neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is clean and quiet. Easy access to all points of town.
Verified Renter staff is friendly. my apartment doesn’t seem to have many issues. if i have any issues, they come out right away. i don’t really hear my neighbors which is nice.
