Verified Renter Front staff is rude, maintenance is very friendly but understaffed. Going on 4 years and the front staff changes so often you never know who you’ll talk to if they answer.
Verified Renter I have lived in Keeneland Crest since 2018, and my overall experience here is been great. It's a quiet community and property management and maintenance has always been great and responsive. This is probably why I keep renewing my lease.
