Verified Renter A recent move and and so far my experience has been pleasant. The apartment didn't have any major issues to report when I initially walked through and the apartment looked the same as the model. Would have liked to been able to access the Pool area with these 90° days but hopefully the issue will be resolved and the Pool reopened sooner than later.
Verified Renter Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, they will delete your requests and mark things as done even though they aren’t. Pretty frustrating. There is a new manager and she’s seems ready to get stuff done. She is very kind and helpful. Thanks Lisa!
Verified Renter Apartment was nice. Enjoy the in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance was quick when problems came up. Neighbors are quiet - never had any issues with noise.
Verified Renter Overall I love living here. It's quiet for the most part and every one that works here is very nice. I feel safe and cozy in my apartment. I love living near Red Line and Chicago's Pizza. I enjoy the pool during the summer. I also enjoy the food trucks that come by every once in a while. This is much different than any apartments I've lived it and that's a really good thing.
