Verified Renter Love the location. The staff is friendly and the maintenance guy Shelton is amazing. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. It has amazing schools. Just over all great community !
Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time living here. Just be conscious that if you’re by the highway you will hear it 24/7. Other than that I enjoy the neighborhood and feel safe. Also the insulation is amazing I’ve never heard my neighbors in the 3 years I’ve lived here.
Verified Renter Pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice neighbors, new property manager is very nice. Carpet had stains when we moved in and it took 2.5 months for them to fix our dryer (clogged with lint when we moved in and almost caused a fire) but otherwise no complaints.
Verified Renter I think being here is very peaceful everyone here is very nice and maintance is always quick to come out if something is messed up. We never really have had any problems sense we moved in it’s been great

Verified Renter It's been a nice place to call home for 5 years now, had quite a bit of things not working as far as the amenities but the office staff is very helpful to make sure I get taken care of right away. I would recommend to others.

Verified Renter It’s quiet and peaceful here! Love the ponds and wildlife as well. Sheldon on the maintenance crew is absolutely AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place to live come check them out
Verified Renter Everything is nice here besides the maintenance, we had quite a few things broke when we moved in. It took almost a week and me calling 3 times for them to do anything, and it had to do with a missing fire alarm.
