Great place to live! This apartment complex is amazing! The only issue that I’ve had living here is hard water causing water pressure issues rather consistently. Other than that, it has been a pleasure living here at Keenland Crest and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon:)
Great neighborhood Good place to stay. Reasonable rent and great location. Apt maintenance team is responding to service requests very quickly.
So far so good I've lived here for 6 months and really like it. I love the vaulted ceilings and Large closets. Plenty of storage space as well throughout the apartment, something I didn't have at my last apartment complex. Staff has been nothing but kind to me thus far. So far so good!
Not an apartment but a home From the moment my husband and I first drove through the property we felt like this was home. Everyone in the office is so friendly and we finally feel like we can make this apartment our home and be here for quite some time. We look forward to living in our new place and creating new memories here.
Great apartment to live in! Keenland crest is a fantastic neighborhood. We have a screened in porch with a wonderful view of the fountain in the pond. Extremely peaceful and quite. Really a safe and great neighborhood to live in!
Worst Management Ever I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice. From the moment I moved in, my apartment had a constant cigarette smoke smell even though I’ve never smoked. It was bad enough that guests regularly commented on it, and it ended up making my clothes, furniture, and personal belongings smell like smoke as well. It was honestly embarrassing to have people over. I reported this issue multiple times and tried everything on my end to fix it (air purifiers, ventilation, etc.), but nothing... read more
Verified Renter There is not enough parking for the residents. The ladies in the office are nice. The assistant manager makes up rules/policies. There isn’t sufficient maintenance staff for the property. They will not replace appliances that don’t work.
Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never seen so many property managers come and go in such a short time. The maintenance team does not care about you having working AC (mine has been out for nearly 2 months) I’ve been told to “open a door” or “go buy a fan” by the office staff. My dishwasher also has been broken for over a year now. Quite community and good neighbors, would be a great place to live if the office staff cared more about the residents living here.
