Verified Renter I have had a few calls to maintenance to fix different things through the months I’ve lived here, but everything else is great! The gym and the pool and the car vacuuming have been frequently used by me.

Verified Renter Outside of a small things here and there, the apartment is very nice. I have brand new carpet in my unit, which is awesome. There are only two things that bug me so far: 1. The air filter looks like it hasn’t been replaced in a year. 2. There is no bedroom light.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time living here. Just be conscious that if you’re by the highway you will hear it 24/7. Other than that I enjoy the neighborhood and feel safe. Also the insulation is amazing I’ve never heard my neighbors in the 3 years I’ve lived here.
Verified Renter Pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice neighbors, new property manager is very nice. Carpet had stains when we moved in and it took 2.5 months for them to fix our dryer (clogged with lint when we moved in and almost caused a fire) but otherwise no complaints.
