Verified Renter Place is ok, rent is outrageous for what you get. Took maintenance awhile at the beginning to get things done. Finally towards the end of our lease everything is fixed and working. Carpets come up very easily as well as the “hardwood” which is just stick down flooring, blinds break easily. Had a mold issue but it was fixed and cleaned. Good amount of space. Decently quiet place. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, and we even had a special for cheaper rent…

Verified Renter Great apartments, friendly and attentive staff! The office does a lot of activities for the residents. I definitely recommend Keenland Crest.
Verified Renter When you move in be sure to check absolutely everything. I had so many repairs when I moved in and the smell was bad. After 4 months things got better.
