Verified Renter it is mostly good for the first year, but i’ve noticed after the first year things tend to break more easily, and it takes a very long time for them to get fixed and have them come out here. other than that it’s a pretty friendly neighborhood and nice place to be
Maintenance & service is great! I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I’ve had a few things that needed maintenance, which the team has taken care of. I really like the ease of being able to open service requests through our Loft portal app. Maintenance team works very hard, they’re professional & gets the job done.
Verified Renter Overall it is a decent apartment community. They have been updating the apartments with wood laminate floors and new appliances. Office staff changed over the last couple years and it has been a plus. Current staff usually pretty easy to work with and they help out.
Safety Management, security, staffs and environment even people are so good
Verified Renter this has been a great place to live with my sister. we’ve made so many memories being here together. the staff is always friendly. I believe they could take better care of the landscaping but all in all great place.

Verified Renter The reason for this Rating, We have never heard any noise since we lived here- until Recently... And people going up and down the stairs sounds like a herd.. the noise thing is New never had it before and it's mostly late at night.
Verified Renter The apartments and area are nice. Pretty quiet, lived here two years and haven’t had any issues. They do different resident events to feel a part of the community.
