Verified Renter We love living here so far. Maintenance has to come a few times, but they get the issue solved fast and quickly. Very nice to have good neighbors and a great pool and gym.
Verified Renter The apartment itself has been a good fit for my family. The size is good. The doors are wide. The laundry in the unit is convenient. My first day in the apartment was less than impressive. The apartment had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There were places on the wall and front door that needed painted and repaired. The washer did not work and it took over 2 weeks to fix. Plus so much more. I had three pages of maintenance that needed completed and it took 3 months to repair. Verified Renter Overall it’s been pretty okay! Renewed the lease with a transfer so my best friend and I can move in together. I thought that process was going to be horrendous, but the Cheyenne made it seemless and fairly easy!
