Verified Renter Quiet community, great location and beautiful apartments! The pool was great to use over the summer. Packages can be delivered to the main office (I had a phone delivered and wanted to be cautious). The fountain is an added perk!
Verified Renter I enjoy living here. Great community, its clean, apartments are pretty nice. The only downsides are the location next to the highway and the design of the ceilings on the second floor. They are much higher than is necessary and it takes more energy to heat the apartment. Despite this, I still highly recommend the place.

Verified Renter Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Keeneland Crest. The front office staff are nice, we have a lakeview apartment, plenty of space, and it fits most of our needs. The 2 complaints I have are that maintenance does not always fix the things they say they do, we have had multiple issues with things that have slowly gotten fixed as we've made more and more requests and spoken directly with office staff but we had to really push to get some things fixed. Verified Renter it is mostly good for the first year, but i’ve noticed after the first year things tend to break more easily, and it takes a very long time for them to get fixed and have them come out here. other than that it’s a pretty friendly neighborhood and nice place to be
Maintenance & service is great! I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I’ve had a few things that needed maintenance, which the team has taken care of. I really like the ease of being able to open service requests through our Loft portal app. Maintenance team works very hard, they’re professional & gets the job done.
Verified Renter Overall it is a decent apartment community. They have been updating the apartments with wood laminate floors and new appliances. Office staff changed over the last couple years and it has been a plus. Current staff usually pretty easy to work with and they help out.
