Verified Renter Besides having some loud neighbors, it's pretty quiet around here. I enjoy watching the ducks and geese swimming in the pond and how beautiful the sunset is. I love my cozy little apartment.

Verified Renter My move in process was so smooth! Such a beautiful location and my apartment has everything I wanted including a balcony and a fireplace. The leasing staff are so friendly and helpful. There are always parking spaces available too, which is a big plus!

My first day in the apartment was less than impressive. The apartment had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There were places on the wall and front door that needed painted and repaired.
