Verified Renter Quiet community, great location and beautiful apartments! The pool was great to use over the summer. Packages can be delivered to the main office (I had a phone delivered and wanted to be cautious). The fountain is an added perk!
Verified Renter I enjoy living here. Great community, its clean, apartments are pretty nice. The only downsides are the location next to the highway and the design of the ceilings on the second floor. They are much higher than is necessary and it takes more energy to heat the apartment. Despite this, I still highly recommend the place.

Verified Renter I moved in on 9/26/25 and so far have had a wonderful experience. The office staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. The community is quiet but friendly. I am happy that I moved here.

Verified Renter Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Keeneland Crest. The front office staff are nice, we have a lakeview apartment, plenty of space, and it fits most of our needs. The 2 complaints I have are that maintenance does not always fix the things they say they do, we have had multiple issues with things that have slowly gotten fixed as we've made more and more requests and spoken directly with office staff but we had to really push to get some things fixed.
