she was a task master keeping us on track. we had a short escrow to begin with but we closed even before that. she kept us aware of what was happening next being very proactive with many touches. kept us more informed than our realtor did. she was not only available for some minor hand holding but i think she had an inherent empathy to know at what points we were struggling and we needed a bit of a mental boost to get through the process. paperwork can be mind numbing and stressful. while managing her end kristy also managed... read more
