Used to be a great hotel. Idk what happened Stained bed sheets, breakfast used to be amazing. It was gross..we could not even eat most items. AC was not working well and had a family member prone to seizures when hot. Staff was friendly...room appeared clean....except the sheets! Value for where we needed to be the next day.

Terrible management and room service I had an awful experience at this hotel and strongly advise avoiding it if possible. While the front desk lady genuinely tried to help, the rest of the stay was abysmal. If not for her efforts, I would have rated this place one star instead of two. First, our room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. There was a random USB charger left behind, trash in the corner, and a noisy refrigerator. Ok for a brief solo stay. Never, never use Priceline to book a hotel. The hot water was never more than lukewarm. The vanity lighting was terrible. The property was clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was nice.
Very Poor shower doesn't work well clean
The hotel manager deceived us and fraudulently charged $93 from my card. We faced a serious issue using our Turkish cards upon arriving in the United States. While we were able to book a hotel, we quickly realized that our cards were not accepted for payment anywhere. We immediately contacted the hotel and asked if we could pay in cash. However, the hotel informed us that they do not accept cash payments.
