I thought I’d give this hotel another chance, but I won’t be back. Someone in the room next to mine snored like a freight train, so I did not have a restful night, even with the room fan on high. There was water damage to the wall beside the bathtub, and it appeared to have mold growing. The carpet beside the bed was sticky in my bare feet so I wore my house slippers while in the room. Bad They charged me $250 for something I did not do !

literally I will never choose this again too noise of the air conditioning
The stay was horrible don’t book here!!! The staff were very rude the room was filthy! I talked with manners and none of the employees could assist me! It was just overall a terrible experience wouldn’t recommend no one! Nothing at all

After a 14 hour drive I was to exhausted to deal complainingbut I did let them know upon departure. The room was disgusting. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the microwave hadn’t been clean. The place had roaches. The AC unit was loud/rattled. The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
unpleasant surprise linens were not changed--found dirty washcloth in bed. was told that manager would call. never called. parking close to entrance. breakfast was good.

Bad The furniture in the room was badly worn and damaged. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the corridor, and the coffee machine was out of order. The man at the front desk during check-out was extremely rude—he neither greeted us nor made eye contact, and showed no sign of friendliness. His cold attitude made us feel uncomfortable, and we couldn’t help but sense a hint of discrimination. We’ve stayed at several La Quinta Inns before, but this experience was by far the worst.
