The staff was probably the best part of my stay. My room had roaches. We freaked out! I paid for a double room with two beds. When I arrived, they had given the room away but offered us a twin pull-out. The system double-booked the room. So, it wasn't their fault. They allowed me to move into a double the next day, which was fine because they were so nice about everything. Somehow, my card was charged twice; again, it wasn't their fault. The elevator is slow. Fair Stayed here two weeks. The first week was great service and cleanliness. The second week was terrible. Couldn't get any channels on the TV. And when I switched rooms, I still didn't catch the channels I did the first week. And someone had used the bathroom and didn't clean it. There will not be a week three staying here. I will find another place. Was able to switch rooms.

Go somewhere else No wifi, safety issues with room ( bad gfi, door would not open 50% of the time it was attempted). Poor maintance. Free breakfast very sad has gone down hill. Staff was friendly

Was embarrassed by staff in front of customers The lady at front desk harassed me TV was super small no bathtub

I would never endeavor to have our guests feel that we have embarrassed them in anyway, and that this was the impression left by our staff, I am truly sorry. With regard to the TV in the room that you occupied, we are changing it to a larger size. Also, all of our rooms with a single bed, have a stand alone shower only. Mrs. Patricia & Christopher Falavolito. Elevators were not working. Had 2 walk up 3 flights of stairs I was charged for my service dog Whom helps me and my husband with our mobilities. He also helps my husband with his psd left from the service. I want my money back?!!!! Rooms were clean & bed was comfy

With regard to charging for the pet, our property does not charge a guest for a service animal. Our fees are only applicable to pets. The smell when the elevators open to the second floor was terrible and the walls were dirty as well as the bathroom in t dirty, smelled awful location
