TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN…it’s not safe to stay there all the staff needs to be fired they couldn’t answer any questions on why all the residents were standing outside at 2am and couldn’t come back in cause the fire alarm was going off for no reason nothing it was raggedy, staff had bad attitude, fire department told everyone that the fire alarms weren’t up to date and it wasn’t safe to stay there THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Unfortunate. The property has potential, cleaning and basic maintenance would have changed everything. the water in the bathroom never stopped running, had to clean the jacuzzi before using — again, last time was nice, this time was not jacuzzi room, last time it was nice and a decent price — this time the bathroom was not clean upon arrival, no one answered phone calls

requested a refund, and book a room at La Quinta in Garland Tx loved our stay there. our room smelled like pee, TV remote didn’t work, pool was dirty in fact the facility felt dirty. nothing

third worst hotel stay I’ve had beds were not comfortable, dirty rooms. no smoking room had cigarette burns on the sheets and comforters. ac unit in terrible shape, no lighting in bedroom except for two end table lamps. bathroom was dirty hair in the shower and the stopper on the tub wasn’t even there… room smelled like mildew and cigarettes! lamp light bulb was tied up with nylon rope?.. location
