Very Poor
not staying in La Quinta properties unless it is a newer built location. the interior needs a major renovation. it is very old and outdated. there is a strange moldy smell inside the rooms. the plumbing in the bathtub was terrible. bathtub needs to be completely replaced. the material on the Tub is cracking. location was good

Mesquite stay The breakfast was not enough. Their was no wifi service and no hair dryer in the bathroom. The comfort of the bed I slept in.

Hotel Review 3 people in a double room only received 1 towel asked for more was given 1 🤬 wanted to swim but the pool was disgusting had a thick film over the water 🤮 hot tub covered by a tarp.... The room is non smoking but the whole hall & room smelled like smoke.... The toliet was gross we had to clean it , the carpets was sticky... I will definitely not be going back nor will I recommend!!! That it was close to where we had to go but it was extremely filthy!

Bad everything, the lobby give you a good impression, but the rooms are in horrible conditions, doors don’t. closed, walls need to be painted, bathtub is dirty and paint is falling off, beds are ok, but sheets are too old. I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here. is not worth you’re money and plus they charge you a deposit. the exterior. parking

DO NOT stay here if you expect any extras. DO NOT stay at this property. It is rundown and sparse. Toilet seat was broken, shower curtain was ripped and too small, carpet in our room was not clean, towels are small and one per person. The hotel hallways did smell clean. Woman who ran the breakfast area was efficient but food options were limited. Overall, this hotel has minimal upkeep. Not what La Quinta hotels used to be. This hotel is hard to find using your GPS.
