I am not one to comment but this place is horrendous. The AC and TV didn't work . Asked staff to change linen during 4 day stay and they refused to ad made the bed with same sheets. I asked management please help and was told by employees they didnt know who the manager was. At one point i was in the hallway with 2 other renters all struggling to enter the rooms because the door open and close with difficulty. Please save yourself.

The first time I stayed here I had an issue where the door wasn’t closing I went up to the receptionist and she said she would send someone the person came with a friend and said to just adjust the door and that they would fix it the following day, after they left the friend came back and knocked on my door to ask me out I said no it made me feel so unsafe knowing this man knows my door isn’t working and I rejected his advances. Pics from different hotel, when I got there it was a total different thing and many things out of order including Elevator, Gym machines and even the keycards to enter the room were damaged leaving me and family outside for a while until getting a new one

First off the people behind the desk were nice but they know th building has issues and did nothing to fix the the key to are room malfunction everyday few needed new keys and the fire alarm went off at 2 in morning and full building evac and manager offered no answers or companions for are troubles the only good thing was the pool but they camed to have a hot tub it was removed the whole thing was just nuts no ice machine breakfast was ok like that they had hot meals

Problemas con las puertas, limpieza, aires no funcionan bien, me cambiaron 3 veces. Elevador dañado, el Gyn solo dos máquinas. Pobre iluminación. Habitación primera que me dieron no estaba arreglada, parecía recién pintada, sin sábanas, el baño sucio y mucho polvo.

only thing I like is that there is a hibachi next to it. The place has a weird smell as if they use a dirty rag or mop to clean. I do like the pool that’s the only thing enjoyable inside. The guy knocked on doors to see if AC was working so I’m guessing this place must be developing as the prices for here should not even go beyond $40 bucks if this is for a honey moon or anything other than a quick stay and go please refrain
