my room didn’t have a working AC, even at 60 temp it was hot slept all night with no covers cause the room felt muggy. also all ice machines are down & the outside is not well kept.
This place should be shut down. Air conditioner filled with build up dirt, blowing into the air. I had to clean myself but still felt the dirt blowing into my airways. I had no choice but to stay there because I got in late. Dirty bathroom, dirty sticky rugs. Slept on my own towel on the bed scared that there might be bed bugs. DON'T STAY HERE!

La peor experiencia de mi vida, la llave no querian abril la puerta. No se podia dormir con el ruido del piso de arriba, cuando llamo al mostrador de recepcion el hombre(invecil) me dice que no vuelva a llamar. El desayuno pesimo, estube 5 dias y solo 2 dias me cambiaron las toallas eso fue la limpieza del cuarto. Tampoco botaron la basura de mi cuarto. Por eso no deje propina a la que limpia. Do NOT go here. Its NOT CLEAN. They dont even baccum their hallways! Its disgusting and smelly place

I booked The Quinta Inn. When I arrived there was no Quinta Inn at the address; I instead found a Ramada Inn which was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. The place was in renovation, they were doing a lot of work around, and there was no sign letting guests know about it. The card to my room didn't work and I had to go 4 times to the front desk to exchange it. The refrigerator was connected to the microwave and the microwave was unplugged!
