El acensor no sirve y el desayuno malo no es como se mira en fotos . Realmente no volvere es muy viejas todas las instalaciones

Entire condition of the room was terrible, dirty, full of garbage, smelly
The rooms was so badly clean, loudy people, the key doesnt work and they changed us after i go the the front office for 5 times, the breakfast is the worst one i saw in my life

I booked for 6 nights, the temperature was 95 degrees and the A/C wasn’t working, They just said we’re going to check it and they never did, the same thing with the bathtub, the water wasn’t running and it seems like they don’t care and they just clean the room 2 times in 7 days
I didn't like anything about the hotel . The room was stuffy and the A/C did not work. I couldn't rest due to the loud a/c. The rooms near the service desk hallway was vacuumed and cleaned. The rest of the hotel had dog hair snd trash throughout walk ways The receptionist seen that I had alot of luggage she never suggested to put me in a 1st floor room due the evator not working. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay away Stay away... The pictures on the internet are not the same in person.
Room was dirty, there was blood on the curtains, the bathroom door was dirty, the bath was dirty and the pool was disgusting. Never coming back again.
