Poor They told me I couldn't come back because i had to much traffic an only people that came over was my nephew and his wife and my brother an his girlfriend I am really unhappy about it I would have came back but the drug dealers there can have traffic all the time but I had a few people come over I get told I cant stay there I think it's wrong that they do this to me

Pleasant The night shift front desk gave out keys for my room without my permission while we were not even in the property. Luckily it wasnt just any random stranger. I have worked the front desk for a high end resort before and I am disappointed by the lack of security in this property. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if it was that easy to enter any room you wish with just a name and room number. Okay The elevator broke while my mom and I were in it and we were stuck for about 13min . The room was nice

Over charged, over priced, overly rude. Our actual housekeeper was nice, but the rude GM cost her. They had cockroaches, GM was rude, front desk employees were never around, breakfast was wack, and you are expected to clean your own room. We were there for a week and received clean towels once, no stay over service at all. Not reflected as online photos appear My room was not as I expected (clean-wise) and AC fir some reason wasn’t cooling at temp it was set. It was hot at night. Bathroom too small & walls all over the room were dirty and stained. Breakfast was not as expected,.. very limited selection. No eggs, Sausage etc. g Price is good.
