Fair Air conditioner didn't work well and it was making a too much noise. We didn't have a good night the first night. We called the receptionist and she told me to turn it off and after several minutes turn it on so it could reset, it didn't help. Next day I told the receptionist that the a/c wasn't working, she said she would send someone to go and check it. They have us another room and it was better. Also I had asked for a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking one... Room was clean

I didn’t like my stay at all. I didn’t like that I booked a non-smoking room, and I was given a smoking room on the 4th floor. The air conditioner was not working and it was super hot, we literally slept uncovered because my daughter was sweating. The air wasn’t cold and the ac unit was making a loud noise. I called the front office and they did not answer, since we drove about 6 hours and it was already midnight when we got to the hotel we were tired and slept it off. As a person who has, since childhood, experienced four- and five- star hotels, this hotel rates two. Workout room was very poor. There are no weights and the 3 machines are dirty and rusty. In fact, one did not work. Breakfast was fine. It was the usual. The area was clean.

We have had a couple of area's that have needed work and unfortunately in the corporate world we live in, these things are not always taken care of on my timetable. I am sorry if you were inconvenienced. They are currently revamping our pool and getting it ready for the season. Next on the list is the fitness room. Bad experience during a family emergency. No cooked eggs in contental breakfest. Limited items very limited. It smelled of old smoke and walls looked dirty. Bedsheets smelled like BO
