Your property was not handicap accessible. The elevator did not work. The bathtub was dirty and slick. The breakfast was good.

Disappointed with my stay. My room was not very clean stains on bedding, shower was dirty. Breakfast did not offer a selection was there @ 6 and only available was waffles cereal and yogurt. Hot food sausage egg and biscuits came @ 7.

The apperance was nice from the outside the room air was muggy, the air conditioner did not work at night, the pool did not work for first 2 days of trip as i call days before trip to confirm pool was working when we arrived sign was posted pool not open. Then when they finally opened the pool the spa pool was not working. Not to mention my mom had room 211 and found 4 roaches. Need i say more.

Hotel room was super dirty. Hair on the toilets, bed, dirt and crumbs of whatnot all over the air ventilator, sticky stuff splashed all over the wall (cleaned it up myself) room smelled musky. Honestly, Super dissatisfied with the cleanliness and probably won’t be back. Was looking for somewhere to stay every other weekend consistently for work travel and unfortunately passing this hotel up.
