Pillows were stained, sheets stained, room smelled, carpet needs shampooing.
We got in late and put our stuff in the room and left. When we came bacme we noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working. We let the front desk know and they said they had no available rooms for us to change to. We told them we wanted out money back because we had twin infants and we couldnt let them get too hot. The front desk said he couldnt just refund us so we could go somewhere else as he said we would have to wait for days for a refund. Nothing could be done after midnight. we stayed for 1 night and the hotel was good but i had to give my card for the charge they make and then supposingly just put on hold and you get it back but mine did not just go back i have charges on my card from the next day whe we were far away alraedy. so my card info was stolen and i am not happy about that.
I had booked and payed this hotel for one night and when I arrived to check in the front desk guy did not allow us to stay the night because it was already pass check in time. We drove from 6 hours away and we had to look for another hotel it was very stressful and in humane!
The mattress was old and used up. No support. It had a mattress topper to try and cover up the squeaky springs. The room was picked up, but a bit dirty (we found a used washcloth on the windowsill). Overall the hotel seemed worn out.

The tv had no channels too old to stream to. Load music played untill 11 pm and nothing was done about it. My room wasnt ready when i got there and was down graded to a room that was ready. Wont stay at a laquinta again
