If you like being catfished my pictures of hotels then this is the place for you. Just don’t stay here it’s absolutely disgusting.
The hallway floors were dirty. The hotel smelled like marijuana. The floor in our room was sticky. The front desk person was also housekeeping so we had to wait longer than we should have. Not the best experience.
Large roaches in the halls, small roaches in the rooms. Cigarette burns on sheets, Rooms smelled of smoke. Worn sheets. Limited breakfast items. NO SOAP! Do NOT recommend! Would not stay here again.
In drastic need of updating; uncomfortable bed, very worn carpet, unfunctional fitness equipment, pool not maintained, unavailable; no towel bars & too short shower curtain in bathroom. I selected & moved to another property miles away. All personnel friendly and helpful
The sofa bed was broke room 402
Disrepair. Door didn’t lock properly. Phone didn’t work. Pool closed. Water dripping into lobby. I was given key card to a room that was occupied. Of course, I was given another room but that should have never happened. No soap in room. Very disappointed.
Very unprofessional staff and rooms not clean! There were ants everywhere in the bathroom as well. Had a huge leak in the front entrance as well that caused a bad odor.
Check in was fast but the receptionist wasn’t friendly. Other staff were nice and welcoming though. The worst part was that the pool was closed for repairs. That was literally the only reason I booked this hotel but since it was non-refundable I had no choice but to stay. The room itself was clean and it stayed nice and cold.
Awful! Extremely rude front desk No hand towels, shower dripped constantly. Told front desk about it and instead of them taking care of it they handed me the towels as I was on my way to dinner, then the next day they came in the room, took all our towels and didn’t service the room! Who does that!! We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the room above us running around (kids) at 3:00 in the morning so it’s very noisy!!
