Went in and checked the water at check in and it worked. When I tried to take a shower in the morning the hot water was no longer working, then all the water stopped working. The lamp in the room had been previously damaged and would not stand on its own. The chair in the room had also been previously broken and had a different chair leg and been partially rewrapped. Rooms need updating
The bed was not very comfortable at all. Had a memory foam added on. It felt like a very cheap bed. The hotel pre-authorized my card basically double what the stay was which was very frustrating. Said someone checked us in the wrong way.
Absolute worst staff that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Is no gym on this hotel the 2 machines aren’t working the photos on the page are not real The shower head was to low

Carpet was not vacuum. Found cut toenails on th carpet. Ac did not work.
Hot tub and pool were shut down by the city health department for multiple violations today 9/13/23. Couldn’t get blankets for sofa bed.
