Trash.. low budget. Terrible !! Ants in bed and bathroom and blood on sheets and pillow case. Unfortunately noticed in morning. Called immediately to be moved. They gave me 2 different rooms that not ready and told only 1 house keeper here so not sure when would be avail. Went down for coffee then back up to our room(30 min later) and our room we were staying in had been made up with same bloody sheets! Pleasant Elevator broken on 2 occassions within 3 days apart. For disabled as i am this was not a pleasant experience. Ants covered every area that food or drink was. Staff spends more time on their cell phones and outside smoking than they do inside. Internet is slow to no response all during a 24 hr day. Staff has excuses for all problems Very noticeable Ownership not present nor reinvesting in the property. All staff talks about it. Lobby
Fair Tub and restroom not as clean as expected. Breakfast limited healthy options.
Terrible, the A/C unit didn't work. The staff sounded bored when I complained of this. A/C being broken The jacuzzi and the cleanliness of the room
It was ok Got there 30-45 min after check in time which in the email stated would be 3:00pm and our room still had not been cleaned and was not ready until 4:30pm. Upon finally entering our room it was not the room I booked and we were given the run around as to why. I booked a king suite (1 bedroom and living room) and instead got a handicapped suite with a door bell that kids came through and rang all night. Also the room we were in had a severe ant problem. A national chain with a great reputation should not be renting rooms with no air and then charging t Stayed two nights. First night no a/c and mole in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Moved to another room that was great. Told by desk clerk that the room was going to be discounted 50%. Then told that I would not be charged for the first room because of its condition. I have much better hotels stays at only hotels. Room was not clean, no towels at all.
