Fair Filthy remotes in both rooms, a tv and telephone that didn't work in my first room, asked to be moved to a different room. Was met with genuine surprise by front desk staff that I might need their phone's system in place of my cell phone, but did so. Breakfast was fine if you like peanut butter instead of butter or margarine available for toast, otherwise ok. Very Dissappointing The pool was freezing and the hot tub was broken. I picked this hotel for the indoor pool. There were bugs in the room (could have been small cockroaches). The hallway carpet was very dirty when we arrived. Looked like food. It was still dirty when we left. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. I liked the free parking and the location was nice.
The hotel itself was nice. The people were friendly, but not real responsive (except for housekeepi Several things made our stay less enjoyable. Immediately after checking in on Saturday, we told them that one of the bolts that hold the toilet seat in place was missing and the seat was swiveling, which was a little unsafe since the toilet paper was on the wall behind the toilet. Disappointing The maids and dinning room help were very friendly. Eggs were fake.The door to our room didn't lock at times .There was a big enough crack under the door to make us feel uncomfortable. We let the front desk know a few times and they weren't helpful. We were there for the birth of our first grandchild. He's amazing! We went home early, but safe. It just gave us the willys to notice the door unlocked when we left the first night we stayed. Should have changed rooms or new hotel then.

Disappointing The air didn't work Rooms were clean
Pleasant Trash in trash can. AC was not functioning at 100%, and my kids had a blast playing with the box of condoms left in the room. Location
Exceptional Bathroom granite is cheap and ugly. Also the toilet seat is a cheap, flimsy imitation of what should have been installed.
Disappointing 1) no bathroom towel bars; housekeeping told me to use robe hook on back of door—hardly appropriate for multiple wet washcloths and damp bath towels 2) no grab bars in tub/shower area 3) coffee/tea in room never replenished after first morning and we were there 3 mornings 4) hotel itself and guest room/bath were both very old in appearance and grimy condition —needs updating 5) write-up portrayed room as a suite with modern conveniences—all were small, cheap 6) TV guide did not list shows—had to open up each ch... read more
Disappointing The room was dirty, they were out of towels. They don't have one but staff member night,there should've been at least two. House keeping left before competing their job which is insane, how do you leave for the day without having clean towels and bedding. The night front desk clerk was nice and polite. She was trying her best to handle things alone.
