Cockroach and lack of care in the room appearance We had a water heater emergency, prompting us to use La Quinta for the night. Navigating to it was a hit tricky as it’s behind multiple restaurants and the parking lots don’t all flow together. At first, hotel appears clean and updated. There was mold on the shower. I had to ask for a new room. When I get to the new room it was also mold in the bathroom. So they changed my room a third time and it was a little better. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. It took them about 5 hours to come clean my room. I had to go to the front desk twice.

This please is infested with cockroaches we kill couple on the room , and bring one home . I did report it to the front, they just say sorry .

Pool was closed by the city. Volleyball team had to leave due to bed bugs. Other parents left due to blood stains on mattress. The carpet in our room was torn and shredded. Comforter had a big tear in it. Just over all not well cleaned, maintenance and kept up with.
