Disappointing Smoke detector beeping, wet bedding, electrical sockets didn’t work, ac sucked , roaches! Front desk lady
Completely disappointed with the hotel staff. Will be filing a corporate complaint. The housekeeper failed to secure the room after cleaning it. The door was ajar 11 hours on Thursday, 5.30.19. Spoke to the manager the following morning, as your policy states to speak to the front desk where they will make things right. She was rude, talked over me, asked if I would like a comp or something, then failed to make any comp on the room.. thus, another discussion had to be had at checkout. Disappointing Did not get the room I chose. Questionable stain on couch. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Punch hole on bathroom door. The location was ideal.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming however we will not be staying at this hotel again. No breakfast- -bathtub faucet leaked water everywhere (had clearly been doing it awhile as there was mold on the wall next to tub) - baby cockroach crawling on wall in bathroom on our last day before leaving The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. Absolute nightmare! Worst hotel experience I ever had. There were ROACHES and other insects in my room, stains on sheets and walls!. The manager was very unprofessional and went home when confronted with various issues! She never came to the room to address or access the situation. I Got changed to a new room “218” only to have the bathroom ceiling leaking into my bathroom causing the room to flood. This was an ongoing issue. The room shouldn’t even be available for occupancy. Poor Room door wouldn't latch. Front desk girl tried to fix, still didn't latch. Had to move all belongings to our daughters room across the hall for the day because we were going to be out. Toilet rocked when you sat on it and randomly ran water every few minutes. NO PHONE in our room. Maids made beds while we were out, took dirty towels and didn't leave clean ones. Poor When I got there, no one was at the front. After 30 seconds “Misty” appeared from the back office. She was nice but a front desk persons appearance should be well kept, in my opinion. Her stomach was hanging out, she kept tugging at her shirt to pull it down which exported her bra and cleavage. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign and were disturbed twice by two different housekeepers in a 10 min timespan. The sheets on one of the beds were stained with something black.
