The front desk manager is rude, uncaring, unprofessional. She looks at you like you're bothering her when you walk up to the desk. Promised over and over to help correct my situation because I honestly made a mistake im booking the reservation based on expecting my home AC to not be repaired. Of they couldn't or wouldn't refund or cancel don't string me on saying you're taking care it. Will never stay at thos hotel. Classless operation
You have a cockroach problem I killed three of them in my room
The whole reason I booked with this hotel for 3 days was because of the pool/ hot tub which wasn’t running they should have that posted on the website, very disappointing. My hotel bathtub would drain and there were no large towels in my room. The elevator lobby area smelled like mildew and it was hot everywhere outside our room
I got to the room and heard water running from the tub. I immediately told the staff. She came and tried to turn it off with no luck. She told me since i was only staying one night that it was not a safety issue and would put in a work order. So, all night i had to listen to water running from the faucet. Never staying here again.
Room had black mold in the bathroom and stained bed skirt.
The customer wasn’t so good and the room was dirty. Therefore I checked out early.
It was awful! Smelled of mildew! Wet slots in the wall of my room. Sheets were nasty! Room was nasty. Stains on the walls and carpets.Dog hair everywhere it was awful
This hotel is literally falling apart. Paint peeling, furniture chewed up from dogs. It's unbelievable that they are able to charge $270 a night!
Our bedspread was destroyed and there were cockroaches in our room 10/10 super upset with this hotel
