My sheets were bad the night we got in and was told I should have told them right away. They did fix the problem until after the 3rd complaint

I stayed here a total of 6 nights and I’m still here . Everything seemed ok except for animal smell . But our last two night our ac hasn’t been working and someone across from us was smoking marijuana. It was so bad that we had to put towel at the bottom of our door . Front desk acted like they didn’t care at all . The ac is a big issue because my daughters are here . I believe that I should be refunded for the past two nights, or given a free night because of the major inconvenience. Horrible experience!

Went in and checked the water at check in and it worked. When I tried to take a shower in the morning the hot water was no longer working, then all the water stopped working. The lamp in the room had been previously damaged and would not stand on its own. The chair in the room had also been previously broken and had a different chair leg and been partially rewrapped. The bed was not very comfortable at all. Had a memory foam added on. It felt like a very cheap bed. The hotel pre-authorized my card basically double what the stay was which was very frustrating. Said someone checked us in the wrong way.

Absolute worst staff that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Is no gym on this hotel the 2 machines aren’t working the photos on the page are not real The shower head was to low
