There was mold on the shower. I had to ask for a new room. When I get to the new room it was also mold in the bathroom. So they changed my room a third time and it was a little better. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. It took them about 5 hours to come clean my room. I had to go to the front desk twice.

This please is infested with cockroaches we kill couple on the room , and bring one home . I did report it to the front, they just say sorry .

Pool was closed by the city. Volleyball team had to leave due to bed bugs. Other parents left due to blood stains on mattress. The carpet in our room was torn and shredded. Comforter had a big tear in it. Just over all not well cleaned, maintenance and kept up with.

Pillows were stained, sheets stained, room smelled, carpet needs shampooing.

We got in late and put our stuff in the room and left. When we came bacme we noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working. We let the front desk know and they said they had no available rooms for us to change to. We told them we wanted out money back because we had twin infants and we couldnt let them get too hot. The front desk said he couldnt just refund us so we could go somewhere else as he said we would have to wait for days for a refund. Nothing could be done after midnight.
