Very unprofessional staff and rooms not clean! There were ants everywhere in the bathroom as well. Had a huge leak in the front entrance as well that caused a bad odor.
Check in was fast but the receptionist wasn’t friendly. Other staff were nice and welcoming though. The worst part was that the pool was closed for repairs. That was literally the only reason I booked this hotel but since it was non-refundable I had no choice but to stay. The room itself was clean and it stayed nice and cold.
Awful! Extremely rude front desk No hand towels, shower dripped constantly. Told front desk about it and instead of them taking care of it they handed me the towels as I was on my way to dinner, then the next day they came in the room, took all our towels and didn’t service the room! Who does that!! We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the room above us running around (kids) at 3:00 in the morning so it’s very noisy!! The property is in bad shape. Carpet worn through, very bad mattress, dirty and discolored tub, lukewarm shower water, broken door lock. The worst LaQuinta I have ever visited. Please remodel or change name to Motel 3.
I cleaned room Checked in the bedroom Wasn’t clean at all. Beds was used trash everywhere no clean towels before or after I went and got a worker at 1am in the morning when we got back to the hotel. They early checked us n was great but was a Dirty room. Told the house keeper they checked us n a dirty room and didn’t come clean it.

Hot and stuffy Air conditioning did not work. We did not discover it until late at night so did not inquire about switching rooms. Random hairs all over the bathroom.

Unprofessional. Pool out of service. Gym was no good. Out of shampoo at the hotel. Breakfast supposed to start at 6:30 but actually was close to 7 before ready. Won’t be staying there again.
