Improvements needed for happier customers. We stayed from Aug. 4-8, 2016. Day 1, there was a stain on the cover that looked like blood or chocolate. Day 2, the plumbing of the bathroom sink leaked. Day 3, our room didn't get serviced. Day 4 was check out day and the room didn't get serviced. We asked for the manager (Angelina), and she was conveniently unavailable. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE Customer Service sucked. The old ToGo Box left in the microwave from previous quests had 4 inches of mold and the whole room smelled awful!
