Worst staff ever, so unprofessional and rude
Not hot water or Heat in our room. Common areas smelled like pet Urine/Feces. Very Unclean

Absolutely disgusting and unkept This was a absolutely disgusting place. The front desk lady was nice, but that is the only positive thing this place had. It was filled with broken doors, dirty mattresses, nothing in the room had been wiped down and old food and vapes were in my room as well. There was no hot water, parking lot lights were barely existent. The breakfast was weird and unappetizing. They had some cold sausage sandwiches that they had in a oatmeal container. Not satisfied The bed was so very uncomfortable. I could feel and hear the springs each time I sat or laid on the bed. The mattress was worn! The telephone was down the entire time that I stayed. The maintenance man informed me that it was working but the front desk clerk was rude and told me “I don’t know what he told you that for because it’s not, and I’m bout to tell him about himself”! I would not recommend staying her.

My rooms toilet was clogged since I got there. It took the better part of a day to have it fixed. When the front desk was originally told, no one came. I had to make a second complaint. After returning to my room and told it was fixed, it was not. I continually had to use the downstairs restroom. On the 2nd day after using that restroom, I flushed and water started surrounding the toilet and all over the floor. The sewage system seemed to be completely backed up! I was frustrated and disgusted!

Ants in the bathroom, bed was horrible and kids staying across the hall being noisy after 10
PSA:THE JETS AND FILTERS NEED TO BE CLEANED TOO Got the king suite jacuzzi room and was so disgusted ...I ran my water...went took a shower and came back out turned on the jets got in to the jacuzzi tub ....long story short...there was black hook all in the water..I was so disgusted I went and took another shower as black stuff went running down the drain
