Staff was friendly as always ive stayed here MANY times, BUT it was Feb i told the staff the WHOLE reason i booked was so my grandson coyld swim and get tired out and due to an injury i NEEDED the hottub BOTH being indoor. YET as we TRY and use these amenities the heater was not working therefore the pool AND hottub were FREEZING and could NOT be used. VERY disappointing and will NOT stay again, they didnt want to refund or even make our stay cost less due to booking w EXPEDIA

When I check-in, the front desk clerk confirmed what type of room I had reserved and it seemed as though things were going well. I got to my room only to find out that the room was different from what I booked and what the clerk confirmed I was receiving while at the desk. I called from the room to the front desk to speak with the clerk and she stated there was nothing she could do because I booked on a 3rd party site and the description listed must have been a mistake. The inside pool is freezing cold, the inside hot tub is freezing cold. We had four people staying in one room and they basically refused to give us extra towels and the room only came with 3. I asked for towels at the front and the lady at the desk said they were a full house and out of towels. So apparently no one was going to get extra towels which is completely ridiculous when more people are staying in the room then there are towels provided.

The breakfast was not good, didn’t even eat it the 2nd morning. Both milks were going bad, the apple juice was going bad as well. There was a barking dog next door that was quite annoying. The back entrance door was not functioning properly.

On Sunday the elevator was out of order and my wife had to clime stirs 4th floor. Then down again following day with her suitcases. Overall besides the elevator great stay.

I had problems with the door sticking. Reported to front desk several times. I had to insert key card and hit door with my shoulder to open each time I entered. Not pleasant experience.

Bad - Bed bugs, cracked tiles, shower curtain was too short, gym was not available, need an extra sign so guests will not turn in too early Good - free breakfast, free parking, staff was friendly

The property is easy to locate and is located within several restaurants and other major streets. However, the room was not up to par. Too many ants in the room, was bitten 3 times. Bed sheets not changed every day like I was informed by staff. No water pressure in the shower. Mold in the curtains that hit against the air conditioner. Room was sprayed with pesticide and had to deal with the smell
