Room was unsafe and not cleaned properly. Our puppy ingested an illegal substance she found behind the bed and had to be taken to ER vet. Staff did re-clean the room but damage was already done. Room had a broken chair, the water in the shower was lukewarm, pool not in order, open hole in ceiling of breakfast area. For the price we paid, absolutely not worth it.

Inadequate hot water, not enough for hot shwers for 2. Breakfast was disappointing.

I will not book this hotel ever or recommend it to anyone… when we asked to get this room clean they NEVER DID…after staying there for five days!!! Horrible and the staff was super rude.

I didn't like that the mattress feels older than me. I didn't like all the scratches and complete worn our look of the property. I didn't like that when I checked the lady had me run my cars and charged me twice for whole stay and now nothing can be done until the owner comes back. I do not like that the person who checked me in has no idea what the hell she is doing!!

I have booked here a lot. The last three stays has been frustrating. I book a king bed and when I get there at 3pm to check in there are no more king beds. I didn’t get a refund since kings are more expensive. Since the pandemic the facilities are ran down. My daughter and her family leave nearby. I’ve always had a great experience until recently. Room smelt like pee. Got a new room and it smelt fine but the roll out bed was broken.

They charge a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 per animal. Conversely, the Hampton Inn has a refundable deposit that you get back after check-out if appropriate. So, we paid $243 to stay at a really disappointing hotel for the night with our two dogs. No coffee at "grab and go" continental breakfast. Check in process was unfortunate.
