Property has deteriorated and is now the worst of the Hwy 287 hotels in Mansfield. This was once our primary destination, but now it is third rate. The good: Good location Room was large Polite staff The bad: No service in room for entire week we stayed—Took our own trash out, bed never made, never vacuumed, Toilet never cleaned, we got our own towels from housekeeping staff when we could. Hotel was in a nice part of Mansfield. Room was horrible had broken furniture walls had small holes and missing paint everywhere. As soon as I walked in room it smelled like mold. A/C didn’t work. Definitely will not book with them again.

Not the cleanest of properties. The staff was not the nicest. I have to go back to this area 3 more times in the 4 months, I will not be staying at this hotel.

The room smelled bad. The bathroom gets a score of 1, since it did have running water. No cups, kleenex had 2 sheets, half a roll of toilet paper, no towel racks(I hate that),smallest toilet I have seen in a hotel,no safety bar in shower, no hand towels. Very, very disappointed for the price.

The hallway floors were dirty. The hotel smelled like marijuana. The floor in our room was sticky. The front desk person was also housekeeping so we had to wait longer than we should have. Not the best experience.

Large roaches in the halls, small roaches in the rooms. Cigarette burns on sheets, Rooms smelled of smoke. Worn sheets. Limited breakfast items. NO SOAP! Do NOT recommend! Would not stay here again.
