My rooms toilet was clogged since I got there. It took the better part of a day to have it fixed. When the front desk was originally told, no one came. I had to make a second complaint. After returning to my room and told it was fixed, it was not. I continually had to use the downstairs restroom. On the 2nd day after using that restroom, I flushed and water started surrounding the toilet and all over the floor. The sewage system seemed to be completely backed up! I was frustrated and disgusted!

Ants in the bathroom, bed was horrible and kids staying across the hall being noisy after 10
PSA:THE JETS AND FILTERS NEED TO BE CLEANED TOO Got the king suite jacuzzi room and was so disgusted ...I ran my water...went took a shower and came back out turned on the jets got in to the jacuzzi tub ....long story short...there was black hook all in the water..I was so disgusted I went and took another shower as black stuff went running down the drain
There were cockroaches in the bathroom
Room was unsafe and not cleaned properly. Our puppy ingested an illegal substance she found behind the bed and had to be taken to ER vet. Staff did re-clean the room but damage was already done. Room had a broken chair, the water in the shower was lukewarm, pool not in order, open hole in ceiling of breakfast area. For the price we paid, absolutely not worth it.
I had to check out early and get another hotel .
Inadequate hot water, not enough for hot shwers for 2. Breakfast was disappointing.
I will not book this hotel ever or recommend it to anyone… when we asked to get this room clean they NEVER DID…after staying there for five days!!! Horrible and the staff was super rude.
I didn't like that the mattress feels older than me. I didn't like all the scratches and complete worn our look of the property. I didn't like that when I checked the lady had me run my cars and charged me twice for whole stay and now nothing can be done until the owner comes back. I do not like that the person who checked me in has no idea what the hell she is doing!!
