I am rating Lakeview base on my son being a patient there. When my son was a patient there is was horrible as he told me. The bed he had was broken with a hole in it. Also it was impossible to get a hold of him to see how he was doing. When you called no one ever answered on the floor that he was on. Every day that he was there was never given a clear understanding of his status, he got several different answers from staff. Do not risk your mental health seeking treatment from this establishment. They are short staffed; most of the staff are doing the best with the resources given, but service is lacking. I was in the Outpatient program and, WITHOUT WARNING, THE PROGRAM IS CANCELLED. A mental health facility that JUST ABANDONS THEIR PATIENTS!!! That is inhumane.
If I could give a minus I would. My daughter was taken there and was kicked in the chest and given as they call it shots of booty juice.. They load the kids up with these shots so they don't have to deal with them. She has PTSD from this place. Saw kids eating metal and trying to hang themselves, while staff sat around and mocked the kids. There was no doctor or Psychologist around only a councilor. Alot of drama went on and us parents all went to get our kids from this horrible place. We waited 4hrs and they wouldn't let us... read more
Where the patient information received is inaccurate, incomplete, and identifiable pertinent detail is questionable but not questioned in transition over...
