The salesman came to our house on 6/24/24 and we had the system installed on 6/26/24. We got the whole home water system and the installer was supposed to be at our house at 8- he showed up at 10 for a 2 hour install-the install took until almost 430 so I had to take the entire day off of work instead of just the morning. I agree that is what is happening to us; we bought the system a year ago, and the salt is the first thing causing us trouble. Next, the ** lamp stopped working; we had no idea it needed to be replaced for several months, and when we attempted to contact the manufacturer, they gave us a runaround. They promised that someone would call us back, but no one had. I've been contacting them repeatedly for the past two and a half weeks. This company is a complete waste of money; I will inform my friends and relatives not to use it.

Do Not do business with this company unless you just love to be scammed. 1st quote *****, 2- *****, 3- 9800 4- 8000, 5-7000 They sent out this snake oil salesman who deliberately tried to scam us almost double what they were able and willing to sell the system for. Purchased a LHWS(Leaf Home Water System) a year ago for *******. Service has been here 9 times and no resolution. ** light stopped working a month ago and they said for ****** they would replace it. We bought a water system last 02/03/24 and it was working for only less than 3 weeks. The water softener stop working and i report it. But they dont wanna fix even though it still has a warranty. We only enjoy the water softener for less than 3 weeks. Most of the time they dont show up for service. Yesterday 06/17/24 they were scheduled to fix it but they did not show up again. Hope they will replace the water system so we can enjoy it.

The installer who installed my RO u see the kitchen sink really did not do a good job. There was a leak and some one came to repair it and when he left the leak was still there as he did not turn on the water to the spigot to test it. The third person who came to look at it and realized the original installer did not even drill a hole to install the tube. The tub was just stuck to the attachment that was screwed i. From the beginning the sales man lied saying that if I requested annual service before the year end it was not charge, of course was not true. horribly customer service to do my first service I called and then have to wait for 2 days for a second customer service representative to call, just to tell me to wait for another call from a service ***** it took over a week. I am disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that we have received since installation in November 2023!!
