Leaf Home is the biggest rip-off company I have ever heard of. The sales person must be taught to lie about ever. issue of their product. We purchased a Leaf Water Solutions water softener system in December 2024 over $9000, The sales person said this is the best system and will last for a long time. I had quotes from other companies costing less than half. But because of his convictions I went with Leaf Water Solutions. He also said the annual maintenance fees may be around $125-150.Now after a year I called their service department and they stated the annual maintenance fees is $658. After spending $6400 on a system from Home Leaf, very dissatisfied with the system AND how they conduct themselves after the sale. I should have come here to BBB beforehand, I would have seen all these disgruntled customers, and steered clear, but unfortunately, I did not. The system does not remove sediment like expected for that amount of money, and they have no answers for me. Still a joke!! Waste of time, energy and money!! This product does not work. I have wasted two years on this!!
Very expensive and impossible to get anyone to service it. Called every day for over a month and not as much as one call back.

Hello, I paid $4300 for what the salesman said was the best well water home system. He came out twice and tested our current system and said that this new one was guaranteed to do the job. A little more than a week later the eggs (sulfur) smell started, and our bathtub is starting to turn orange. I have called the support line once a week for the last three week, and all they say is "we are escalating it to management" but I never hear back. We signed a contract for a water treatment system and was promised a coupon discount initially but then denied and told it was presented too late. Calls to customer service are always answered with that someone will get back to you within 48 hours which is not true had to make repeated calls to get any call back and then denied what was promised in text message by sales rep.
