Very disappoint was suppose to clean my moms furnace in December never did furnace stopped working Friday morning thet came out said couldn't do anything they would be back out between 5 and 8 called said it is electrical and dont have anyone to fix it till today so my 70 yr old mom was without heat hope they feel good about poor service wish i didn't have to put 1 star hope its fixed today
Oil was delivered and really didn't need it at the time and then come to know that my oil price was 3.99 per gal. I'm Very pissed off because I come to find out that the going price for heating oil is 2.79 - 2.89 a gal. So I'm thinking maybe I should consult with my attorney about this matter.

Need an estimate. Need oil before the bad weather on a fixed income
I used to have Tanner Home Energy, which was bought by Leffler a while ago. I changed providers due to high prices and requested that the tanks be picked up the first week of October, here it is November 14th. and their tanks are still standing here waiting to be picked up. When I placed a second call towards the end of September, I was told I was on a three week schedule,(it had already been 4 weeks). Sill waiting, maybe this review will help.

Terrible service. We had scheduled service for furnace and chimney clean 6 months ago and when we called since did not see a technician we were asked to reschedule. Rescheduled and this time the furnace was cleaned but no chimney clean. Need to reschedule again! No proactive call to say there was a problem so you waste 2 days waiting and still do not have complete service that was scheduled months ago. Their gas costs a dollar a gallon more than others and we justified paying this premium on a promise of good service. ... read more
