I had tried to call 3 different days using the two numbers provided. We own an apartment complex we just recently purchased and were looking to possibly continue the fuel oil service with Leffler that the previous owner had with them. Every time I called, I waited at least 2o minutes for someone to pickup but to no avail. I also on my last call asked for a callback which I got a call back from that number about an hour later, but it only rang twice and when I went to answer it was disconnected. This company is the worst company that I have encountered in my entire life. They scam you into a contract without disclosing all of the details and then want to charge you a ridiculous fee to leave. I also requested a quote for a new heater and busted the sales man walking around my property looking in the windows for over 20 minutes before he ever knocked on the door. Thank God for security cameras! We were out of oil on a Saturday and told that we did not qualify for an emergency fill. We went without heat until Monday. ... read more

A solicitor from this company keeps coming to my door near Downingtown PA after I specifically asked them not to. This is poor business practice. I will purposely not use them because of this even if another company costs more. Then the guy gave me a attitude after I said again to please not to solicit my house anymore.

The woman we spoke to was very rude. English is not my first language so I told her I felt more comfortable if she spoke to my husband and she said no, she said she needed to ask me some questions. I completely understand that because she was running my credit and it was under my name BUT I was giving her verbal consent for her to speak to my husband since he was the one who was speaking to her initially. Don't walk away, run. By far, hands down, the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of having to do business with. Not just energy company, but company in general. Terrible customer service, rude on the phone, constantly "forgetting" calls that previously occurred. Requested that fuel oil delivery be suspended, yet they still delivered oil and demanded payment. THEN TRIED TO DO IT AGAIN. Think twice before doing business with this terrible company.
It took 3 times for them to fix the furnace. The first appt. was between 8am and 12pm. (I called at 5am) They showed up at 10:30am. Got it started and left, it stopped 10 min. after they left. I called again and had to wait until they got finished with the appt. they were working on. Got here around 1pm. they worked on it again left and the furnace quit working. Now I called and was told I would have to wait till 7pm. They came about 7:45pm by this time I had space heaters on for 14 hrs running up my electric bill. ... read more

I had been out of AC since 5/15. I offered for the tech to come out on Friday afternoon 5/17. The tech found a leak and told me that it would be a 5-6 hr job. He contacted his supervisor, requesting it to be a 1st stop on Friday, 5/24, due to being off all day. I was told that someone would be there 1st thing Friday morning.
