************** bought a leather reclining chair. I also paid extra for the 5 year warranty protection plan. Within a year the arm brace broke. Got the run around. Never talked to same person. Received repair ticket number finally. Tech came out. Took apart(Still in 2 parts as of this writing). Was told had to order parts. Well 8 MONTHS later still waiting. Went to court, won. I bought a leather couch and love seat there a year ago bought also the warranty on it within 2 to 3 months tge stings broke in both pieces they came and got them and said they repaired them they werent backs couple weeks springs broke again cushions fall off constantly called with no response I have bought so much furniture there in the past never again ! I coukd if bought a better quality at a cheap big box store

In November I purchased a leather reclining sofa and two chairs. I have had nothing but problems with my sofa The leg rest on the sofa keeps bulging out. I have had this repaired twice. The last repair was September 7, 2022. By September 9, 2022 it was bulging again. I have emailed, visited the store and called customer service today and the girl was very rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I have requested a manager call me repeated times. I've been laid off since Covid started 3/20. Needless to say...money is tight. We wanted to get our furniture from *** **** as we've had many good experiences with customer service. Truth be told...for the last 2 years we couldn't get anything available at *** **** and they wouldn't even let us back order and wait. I grew up loving Levins (292 Curry Hollow Rd Pleasant Hills, PA 15236) ... They have a commercial saying they have furniture available and can deliver within 3 days. Horrible horrible customer service. The warranty is the biggest rip off. They convince people to buy it but they make it impossible to use. Abd unless you have absolute proof that whatever happened was accident and was within 5 days of happening they deny your claim

They sold me a warranty that ****** gives with all their furniture for free no matter who sells it.So they made a profit with a phony warranty from them when it was already provided by the sofa maker for free.DO NOT WASTE MONEY/TIME.Bought an online only Sofa from Levin.now I see why if you saw it in person you would never buy it.Sofa's wood trim had 3 deep gouges in it.also throw pillows came damaged.Delivery guys wanted to use a marker to color in the gouges.they took pix but to prove delivery but would not take them of da... read more

The fabric protection plan that was purchased is for accidental rips, tears, *****, and stains for five years. Manufacturer warranties for fabric are for defects of the fabric for one year. We ordered new pillows and offered to send a technician to inspect sofa. Customer had 3 days to return sofa with restocking fee and delivery charge. Customer is outside of this window. The offer to send a technician to inspect is still open if customer wishes.

Bought furniture from this company in November 2018 (Leather Couch) spent a great deal of money. Almost immediately the couch has begun to rip and tear. I have asked repeatedly they replace the obvious defective piece or figure something out.Instead, I get "we can't" or it's out of warranty so basically tough luck. This place has zero customer service and sells basically bad ******************** which it doesn't stand by.*********************

The absolute WORST. Bought furniture for a guest bedroom in December. The furniture arrived in January defective and the dresser was not the one we ordered. The USB ports didn't work on the night stands and the dresser drawers wont stay closed. I went to the store and was told that since 3 days had passed I would be charged restocking fee. I agreed to keep the dresser but needed repair. After waiting 3 months, the repair tech arrived and said he needed to order parts. Its been 3 more months and no follow up from Levin. The parts come from over seas and wait times have been longer due to the man power and port congestion.

Levin, just such poor customer service. I have furnished my home on almost all levin's. No more. I bought a couch, oversized chair and ottoman. The fabric is so poor. It's all pilled and the threads are pulling out. Also the armrest is falling apart and it is less than 2 years old. Its uncomfortable to sit on. They said "agency standard" for fabric is one year warranty. So thousands of dollars worth of furniture is one year to last?? I don't even sit on the couch. Customer service said get a sweater shaver?? that might help ... read more
