NX 300 success! just now We stepped into Lexus of Bellevue with the intention of just “taking a peek” at my wife’s next car, but ended the day stepping into a brand new, extremely comfortable, NX 300. Always white glove treatment from AJ. It all starts with a kind greeting as I pull my IS300 up to the service area at Lexus of Bellevue. Then my long time service agent AJ (Alan Jensen) walks me though the day's plan and I'm off to the great customer lounge (the best in the business) to begin my workday via a good internet connection and comfortable surroundings. Sound good? These guys are the best.
Great Service I was very happy with the service. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. Ben was very friendly and courteous. They were able to get my car done earlier than the estimated time given. The shuttle service was great. dropping me off and pick up at designated stop was on time.
