The process was quick and easy and very well explained. They took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. The only downside I would say is that their informational offers are not clear. They come in the mail as an offer for a personal loan but then when you speak to them, thats when they notify you that its a multi optional program.

I received a paper in the mail from them today. My wife and I have been talking about getting help and showed up today. I got online, and they called me. I'm glad they did. The whole thing went smoothly, and all my questions were answered. ******* was awesome! I think this is what my wife and I need to help us out of this mess we're in. Thanks for everything.

So far it sounds like this will really help me to get back on my feet financially. I look forward to starting my clean-up. Everything just got out of hand, but hopefully this will help. I want to be solvent again.

My review starts with ****** ******* who spent more than an hour giving me the details of the program in great detail and not what I'd call a briefing but very thoroughly. I'm quite thankful for that because by the time I decided that I would like to sign up for the program I was quite sure of what I was signing up for.
