The process was quick and easy and very well explained. They took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. The only downside I would say is that their informational offers are not clear. They come in the mail as an offer for a personal loan but then when you speak to them, thats when they notify you that its a multi optional program.

I received a paper in the mail from them today. My wife and I have been talking about getting help and showed up today. I got online, and they called me. I'm glad they did.
